Service Description
Designed for returning Fungal Restoration clients who are 7–8 weeks from their previous visit. This service includes detailed nail cleaning and debulking, removal of lifted/dead nail, nail shaping and prep, PolyGel restoration as needed, foot cleansing, sugar scrub exfoliation, moisturizing massage, and a relaxing hot towel finish. ✨ PolyGel removal is $10 and is NOT included in the maintenance price. If you currently have PolyGel from your previous restoration, you MUST select the PolyGel Removal add-on when booking to allow enough appointment time. This service is for existing Gelmate Beauty Fungal Restoration clients only and cannot be booked as an initial visit. Clients returning after 8 weeks must book the regular Toe Fungal Restoration service and will no longer qualify for maintenance pricing.
Cancellation Policy
GELMATE Beauty Bar Booking & Cancellation Policy To maintain a smooth and luxurious experience, please review the following policies before booking: 💳 BOOKING DEPOSIT – At least a 10% or more deposit is required to secure all appointments. – Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. – Deposits may be transferred only if rescheduling is requested at least 48 hours in advance. – Rescheduled appointments must be booked within the same calendar month as the original appointment. – Appointments may be rescheduled only once. Any additional changes will require a new deposit. – If rescheduling cannot occur within the same month, the deposit is forfeited. ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS – A $10 late fee will apply if you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled time. – After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation. ❌ CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & BOOKING RESTRICTIONS – No cancellation fee is charged, but canceling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. – No-shows and excessive last-minute cancellations may result in being banned from booking or required to pay the full service amount upfront to secure future appointments. – This policy ensures fairness to all clients and respects the artist’s time. – No extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced. 📅 RESCHEDULING – Clients are allowed one courtesy reschedule, provided it is requested with at least 48 hours’ notice. – Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in deposit forfeiture, and a new deposit will be required. – Rescheduled appointments must fall within the same calendar month. – Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment. 💡 APPOINTMENT REMINDERS & PREP – Appointment reminders are sent via text or email 24–48 hours in advance. – Please arrive with bare nails unless a removal service was booked. – Failure to arrive prepared may shorten your service time or result in additional charges.
